What a wagering requirement actually asks of you

A wagering requirement is a turnover target, not a loss target. It is the total value of bets you must place before a bonus balance stops being restricted and becomes money you can withdraw. Twelve times wagering on a RM500 bonus means RM6,000 of bets must be placed. That is not RM6,000 out of pocket — every settled bet counts towards the target whether it wins or loses, and winnings are recycled back into further bets.

The base the multiplier applies to matters as much as the multiplier itself. Twelve times a RM500 bonus is RM6,000 in turnover. Twelve times a RM500 deposit plus a RM500 bonus is RM12,000 — same headline number, double the work. The offer page states which base applies.
